Bureau of Brand Innovation

Effective August 23, 2026

Privacy,
plainly stated.

This notice explains the limited information the Bureau of Brand Innovation receives through its public website and direct email contact.

Information the website receives

The public site does not provide account registration, checkout, or a public contact form. Like most hosted websites, infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as IP address, device and browser details, requested URL, referring page, timestamps, and security signals in order to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

If you email the Bureau, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business contact details, organization, and the contents of your message. Do not send passwords, access tokens, banking information, patient information, or other sensitive personal data through ordinary email.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential work, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. The Bureau does not use the public site to sell personal information or run a self-service advertising profile. Service providers may process limited information on the Bureau's behalf for hosting, security, email, and related operations.

Retention and choices

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including legitimate business, security, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information. Those rights can be subject to legal exceptions.

For a privacy question or request, email enda@bureauofbrandinnovation.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it. This notice may be updated as the website or business practices change; the effective date above shows the current version.
